'돌리 파튼(Dolly Parton)'의 전기 |
 1946년 1월 19일에 '테네시(Tennessee)'주, '세비어빌(Sevierville)',에서 12남매중 4째로 태어났으며,
18살때 고향을떠나 '컨트리(Country)'의 본고장인 '내쉬빌(Nashville)'로 진출하여,
듀엣으로 활동을 하다가 1973년 그녀는 '솔로(Solo)'로 전환하여, 1974년 2월 첫 데뷔앨범
'조린(Jolene)'을 발표하여 앨범과 '싱글 컨트리 차트(Single country Charts)' 상위권으로 진입하여,
1977년 가을에 발표한 '히어 유 컴 어게인(Here You Come Again)'이 다시 '컨트리 차트(Country Chart)'
정상을 차지하고, 1980년 영화 배우 '제인폰다(Jane Fonda)', '릴리 톰린(Lily Tomlin)'과 함께
'나인 투 파이브(9 to 5)'에 출연을~~
동명 주제곡 '나인 투 파이브(9 to 5)'를 불러서 첫 '빌보드 싱글차트 차드(Billboard Single Chart)' #1위를
기록했습니다.
'컨트리 차트(country Chart)' #1위를 기록 하고 1983년 '컨트리(country) 가수
'케니 로저스(Kenny Rogers)'와 듀엣 곡인 '아일랜드 인 더 스트림(Islands In The Stream)'으로
또 다시 '빌보드(Billboard)' 1위를 차지,
1980년대 중반으로 접어들어 한동안 부진함을 보이다가 1987년 '린다 론스타드(Linda Ronstadt)'.
