On the edge of your seat, on the edge of your seat 입니다

So what does it mean to be on the edge of your seat? what's find out, but first we will listen to conversation I had with Linda, Listen carefully.

Jen

: Hey, how was the movie that you watched yesterday?

Linda

: Oh man! It was so exciting it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time!

Jen

: It kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time?
Wow! That movie must have been good!

Linda

: Yes it was. You should go watch it too.

Jen

: Yeah I should.

Hey, how was the movie that you watched yesterday?

Lina가
Oh man! It was so exciting it had me
on the edge of my seat the entire time!

It kept you
on the edge of your seat the whole time? Wow! That movie must have been good!

Lina 가
Yes it was. You should go watch it too.

Now keep today's expression on the edge of your seat in mind
and let's hear the conversation again.

Today's expression is on on on, the edge EDGE edge, of your seat SEAT seat. on the edge of your seat If something keeps you on the edge of your seat you are feeling nervous or excited, about what is going to happen next. You are feeling that way because you are closely following the action and excitement of a performance.

On the edge of your seat

Oh man! It was so exciting that it had me
on the edge of my seat the entire time!

Keep in mind that this expression is usually used when talking about watching a performance, reading a book or watching movie.
